Verifying at TESU? - Ideas - 09-20-2017 If an academic advisor says something in writing, is it still not a sure thing? I thought I read some posts about students having to comply with a policy despite a "promise" from an advisor, when the advisor was wrong? But I thought I read some posts where others were saying that someone was golden since they had it in writing? For an important policy, should I get it in writing from a second advisor too? Or can it be checked with dean? RE: Verifying at TESU? - dfrecore - 09-20-2017 I personally would not count on any promises from advisors, in writing or not. I'd want it from someone pretty high up. A dean would be good. |
