How long are CLEPS/DANTES good for? - Calico - 12-06-2007

Hi, i have quite a few CLEPS and DANTES from around 1991-1996. My question basically is if i take a CLEP/DANTES how long are they good for? I hope to get many of them transferred over for an Excelisor degree.
