Unable to see recent posts on my own thread when logged in - Thorne - 09-05-2017
Basically what the title says. It happens on every browser I use, whether cookies are cleared or not.
When I'm logged in, I'm missing the most recent posts. Screenshot:

When I log out, however, all of the recent posts are back. It's only a problem on my own thread, not anyone else's (that I've seen so far). Screenshot:

I just had a reply to a thread fail to show up. I tried to post it again and got a message that I had already posted that reply to the thread.

I've noticed that too, sometimes when I post, it doesn't show up until I go to another subcategory and come back. I don't think it's a browser issue, it could be a refresh issue for mybb - it's not refreshing the last posts in a timely manner. But waiting for a few seconds to a minute usually resolves this, as I go to another post and come back, my updates show up.

My posts from a few days ago (and yours from a few days ago) are still invisible from my account page.
I've seem it intermittently and just assumed it was a tiny bug, but posts going "missing" for 3-5 days is really strange.

Glad I'm not going crazy, I can't see the most recent posts on your thread when I'm logged in, but I can when I'm logged out.

This just started happening to me over the past couple of days too. I have to have two separate browsers going to read the forum... one where I'm logged out to view new posts, and one where I'm logged in to post replies. Ugh.

I had a weird one where my post appeared ABOVE the one I was replying to. There was a deleted post right above it. Refreshing the page fixed it. I've noticed lots of weirdness in threads where posts have been deleted. In particular, threads that have deleted posts often fail to go to the last unread post.
