Can anyone please refresh my memory as to Master's Degree programs that do not have a requirement of being admitted to the program?
I know of Heriot-Watt University MBA program. Please name a few others.

Degree Programs at American Public University (APU)
RA, just a RA Bachelor's to be admitted, 8 week classes, so if you take two you could complete the Masters in a year. $825 per three credit course gets your Masters for just under $10K.
Or she could always go the Harvard Extended School route
Programs : Harvard Extension School
Just a RA degree to be admitted. Around 20K mostly online with one summer session if she goes for the Masters in Management.
