Study.com marketing 301: marketing research - BearEDU - 08-19-2017 Hey I think the thread got deleted when the forum swtiched over but was curious does this transfer over to mar-411? On study.com website tesu transfer guide it says mar-211 wondering if that's a typo. Thank you guys for your help as always and patience. RE: Study.com marketing 301: marketing research - dfrecore - 08-19-2017 As far as I know, it's MAR-411. But if you're getting a BSBA in Marketing at TESU, then it doesn't really matter - you can make up the UL credits with the remaining courses in the AOS. You only need 4 UL courses total, so choose 4 other courses that are UL. RE: Study.com marketing 301: marketing research - BearEDU - 08-19-2017 I'm getting a bsba in general management =) I was recommended this course by bjcheung77. He's been helping me out plan the course and he recommended this one. since I already took all the other marketing ones this course overlaps like 1/5 of the quizzes. When I went to check the study.com it says 211 so I was confused lol http://study.com/directory/school/Thomas_Edison_State_University.html#transferTab RE: Study.com marketing 301: marketing research - bjcheung77 - 08-19-2017 FYI, this is the PM I replied... There is no typo, Study.com's new course was evaluated as a LL where as the one on TESU is UL. It maybe the EXACT same info, but as the controversy at Study.com and their courses with TESU continue on... that new course was just evaluated as LL. I think Study.com is trying hard to get all UL courses to stay UL and to get more LL courses converted to UL. The saga continues with these two working together and to get these courses in sync. It won't affect you as the plan I have for you already has 12 UL for cheap... RE: Study.com marketing 301: marketing research - BearEDU - 08-19-2017 Yea just saw the pm haha. But now I guess other people will see it as well =) so they can decide what to do. RE: Study.com marketing 301: marketing research - Ideas - 08-19-2017 I wish I had known sooner, because I am doing a Marketing concentration. Just plan on it being LL and work 4 UL courses in. OR, send the course to TESU for an eval, and see where they put it. If you send it through via NCCRS, then it's free to do, so you won't have to pay the $15 for an ACE transcript (most of the Study.com courses are both ACE and NCCRS). Yeah, the problem is I already paid for an LL Marketing TECEP instead of a UL Marketing TECEP because I thought this was going to count as UL. The LL one seemed more interesting and easier. So I may be out another $117. RE: Study.com marketing 301: marketing research - BearEDU - 08-19-2017 well study.com is trying to get them re-evaluated atm. So hopefully by Jan 2018 it will be good and there wont be any changes of the current UL courses.and maybe the market research will get re-evaluated to UL. But you have till jan 2018 to complete the other UL courses though.
