Please Help with fastest bachelors degree for a friend - leeloodallas - 07-05-2017

Hi everyone! I'm working on a degree from Excelsior, and I have a friend who asked me for help with getting a bachelor's degree.
Friend already has an Associate in Science and Associate in Applied Science. He wants a Bachelor's from one of the Big 3; doesn't care which one. Wants to pursue a MBA or Project management masters later. Something in technology/business would be great, but honestly he wants the fastest bachelor's degree he can get, with the least amount of classes (especially upper level). He wants to take few to no online classes from the actual school (except for capstone if required) & strongly prefers Clep, DSST, straighterline, study.com, Uexcel, tecep, etc.

I've looked at so many degree requirements, and the degreeforum wiki but still can't figure out which would be the fastest. I'm thinking liberal arts or humanities? Any help would be appreciated so, so much!
I will list his credits below. Thanks!
