My daughter who is 14 was asked MY ID to be shown and they requested my presence at the camera. They wanted me to type on the box to confirm she is a minor. That's after an hour wait! Beware if your teen is taking a test and you happen not to be home at the moment.

Weird - my son never had to do this, but he was 16 and 17. Proctor U seemed to get worse and worse near the end of his time using them.

thanks for posting!! My sons are older (16 and 18) but it's always a coin toss if they'll start on time or have some "issue" that requires attention. I wonder what their cut off is? I wouldn't have been that shocked if she was 13, but I can't think of a legal distinction between 14 (you) and 16 (my son). Huh?

I have to say I can't relate to many of the issues that y'all experience with ProctorU such as long wait times, but I've realized that I'm in Asia and typically dealing with a completely different group of proctors (and I bet it's not nearly as in demand in my timezone as yours).
