COSC Academic Achievement Award pic - triforce828 - 06-17-2017 In case anyone ever wondered what a COSC Achievement Award looked like, here's a pic of this year's item. (Sorry, it's not rotated correctly.)The pen magnetically attaches to the piece sticking up. Since we weren't able to attend the ceremony, COSC sent it. (I wish they sent along a copy of the program, but still so thankful for the degree and award.) And a big thank you to all the degreeforum members who ask questions, share their experiences and encouragement! Apparently the award (for AA) is given for achieving at least a 3.5 GPA in at least 30 graded units. I think the straighterline classes counted toward the graded units. Didn't realize getting an A in community college PE would be so important!
