Hi,
Is anyone having a problem with updating their password at TESU? I tried to log into my edison today and it said my password expired. But when I tried to create a new one in the Online Student Services it wouldn't accept any password even though it was in keeping with the require 6-9 characters, letters or numbers and no special symbols.
any suggestions? thanks.

Mine's doing the same thing. I just sent an email and I'll call in the morning.

They have fixed issues, got emailed twice...

I got the emails too, but had problems logging into OSS when I tried. Just got off the phone with them, and access to OSS hasn't been restored, only issues for myEdison.
Looks like OSS keeps thinking my password is expired, even after resetting it.
