I saw some previous threads mentioning I could add AA or AS degree to BSBA degree and take both at the same time and only pay one grad fee does this mean I can take any AA or AS for no extra cost or does it have to be AS in BA?

You can go for any associates, and pay for one grad fee/residency waiver fee, etc. There are no extra costs if you graduate at the same time.
There are only a few that are possible, the ones that don't have an associates capstone. These are the following:

Yes, TESU Associates have several that are fully available by testing out entirely.
AA, AAS CJ (Criminal Justice), ASBA, and the 3 ASNSM degrees - Biology, Comp Sci, Math
