CS102 is not equivalent to a data structures course, so it wouldn't work. You wouldn't contact Devon Ritter either, you'd contact TESU to check for equivalencies.

Devon Ritter's there for proctoring or other questions you may have, he doens't have control over what ACE recommends for credit or how it will transfer over to another school.
