There are no waivers, even with the affiliate programs or partnership programs and scholarship programs.

Watch the TESU website for "campus day" or something that indicates that you can apply online "onsite"....on those events the college waives all app fees using a "coupon code" if your not local someone in the area can probably nab the code for you and you enter it from wherever you are.
