I noticed they are only ACE approved up until 2/28 but what will happen after that. I know there was a similar issue a few years back but I wasn't really paying attention. Does anyone know if they will or have reapplied for ACE?

We've been talking about this a lot on the forum. Long answer short, we have no idea what they're doing.

Last month it was set to expire on 1/31, then they told us the issue was "resolved" and they renewed, but it turns out they were only renewed for one extra month. Not sure if they're getting longer term renewal at the end of this month, or if that's all for them.

I posted in the other thread about what I found out last time we had an issue with a provider updating for only 30 days (Straighterline, that time).

Quote:ACE has different personnel permissions with their database, and once an organization has met the renewal requirements, the first-line person can do a 30-day extension in the database as often as needed, and on a quarterly-ish basis they do the actual updates to their database with full renewals. Quarterly-ish because sometimes they stretch it out to almost five months. This was all from a phone conversation with someone very confused that I found their number but was very willing to help explain the issue(s) to me.
