Hello All,
Has anyone "had the clock run out" on them with Study.com waiting for ACE approval? I finished up the requirements for Business 308, I'm still waiting on them to grade my last of 4 Case studies and review the final. My subscription ends in about 4 days so I'm a little worried. I don't see why they would still be able to approve stuff after the sub ends but I will lose access to my account to send in tickets. I think I will send in a ticket today and see if I get a response, they generally have been pretty good to me about this.
Side Note: Soon as they add it I can send my ACE transcript to TESU hopefully before that 25 business day clock runs out

You should just request ACE approval in the meantime, for myself and a couple others our ACE credit was approved a while before study.com actually posted our final scores.

I always request after the final so I already did put in the ACE request.

Yes. My son took Business 309 exam January 20 and our subscription clock ran out January 21. He had submitted the project earlier and already received the grade for it, so we only needed the exam score and final course score. But yes, Study.com graded it and ACE added it after our subscription had expired.
In truth, he was half-way into the Business 309 exam on January 19 and Study.com's website bombed. They reset his exam the next day and he took it on January 20. Whew!
