Which format should I take - - online or the guided study format ??

Not many of us here take actual classes at TESU, because they're so expensive. I took it at my local CC for $155 last year.
You can take Modern Organizational Theory or Organizational Development through CSU-Global CBE (exam) for $250. Either one should work for the HR AOS requirement.
