Penn Foster Class Grading - GreggT67 - 12-23-2016 I'm a little confused and don't have access to the Penn Foster community site yet so I thought I'd ask here. I'm taking Penn Foster Business Ethics. The grade is made up of all four exams, four discussion groups, webinars and project and that's 67% of the grade. 33% of the grade is the final exam. I can understand how the exams impact the grade but since 67% is a combination of different elements, how are things like discussion groups (answering case study questions) and webinars weighted when they are just pass/fail? Thanks! Penn Foster Class Grading - alzee - 12-23-2016 In the four PF courses I took, 2 had webinars, and only one had discussions, and all of that was pass/fail; participation = pass. Penn Foster Class Grading - GreggT67 - 12-23-2016 How did the pass/fail calculate in your grade? It doesn't really calculate into your grade, but you have to complete that requirement in order to complete the course. Penn Foster Class Grading - GreggT67 - 12-23-2016 In the 67% of the grade that involves the 4 exams and 1 graded project, are all 5 weighted equally? Your course syllabus should tell you. |
