I am thinking of doing one if Excelsior College gets its official BS Emergency Management degree approved from the State of NY which is pending. I have tons of professional certifications in that area. Excelsior College uses LeaningCounts.org to do portfolio credits.

wouldn't it just be cheaper to do the PLA directly with the school? I know TESU'a price is pretty solid for PLA.

Excelsior does not do it directly. That have a partnership with LearningCounts to do them.
