Cheapest General Management Degree Plan - TESU - Needs Checking/Verifying - Synicaal - 12-07-2016

I have added my spreadsheet for my plan of the Cheapest GM degree plan from TESU. I need the power of this forum to help me tweak it a bit in these areas.
1. It currently Includes ALEKS course ( will need a cheap alternative if this doesn't get ACE approval past 12/31/16)
2. Not sure if all the TEEX courses will fit the Electives Section. May need to move one up and then something down.
3. Note: I did not include Study Material Costs for CLEPs, and I utilized 6 credit CLEPs for cost.
4. Note: With a Study.com Scholarship Costs could be $600 less then what is listed.
5. Note: Added more ACC courses then need be these can be interchanged for the same price so it didn't really matter.

Right now I have Graduations Out the Door after ALL fees (minus study materials) at $4,470. Goal was to make it under $5k and I am there if this plan can be validated by someone else. I'd like to have the plan added as a sticky or to the wiki if its good. I think It would save a ton of questions or give us an easy referral link.

Please post me your fixes, and why they are necessary. I'd like to make a few more of these so the more knowledge I gain the better.

You don't need to pay for CLEP study materials. They are available for borrowing from the public library.

I would point out in the future wiki page that this far from optimal if the student is looking for ease and speed. I know this plan is meant for absolute cheapest and not easiest/quickest.

Nice job with the plan. Someone who knows BSBA will have to chime in if there are errors. BSBA is not my area of expertise.

Two things I would add:

1. You could swap out the Business in Society TECEP for Study.com International Management and save $15.
2. You could add something about the SL monthy fee so people are aware of it if they've never looked into SL. Maybe assume like an average of 4 SL courses per month and you end up with about 2 months of subscription fees using the 9 courses you have listed. Then add something in the fees section at the bottom like "SL monthly subscription fees = $200" if it takes 2 months or whatever. I know some people have done close to 9 courses in one month for SL but that seems like a lot and probably not the norm. I hope that makes sense.

Otherwise it looks pretty good to me. Good job!

The problem is that you can't put an Excel spreadsheet on the Wiki as far as I can tell. I have spreadsheets for the BSBA for GM and almost all of the other concentrations already. And for GM, I have several spreadsheets; one that shows the very cheapest, one utilizing mostly SL, and one utilizing mostly Study.com. But I revised my GM one recently leaving out ALEKS, and showing all of the options, and then basically just averaging $100 per course. You can get it down if you're able to get a Study.com coupon, a SL coupon, using either of these for more than 2 courses a month, or using Saylor and various free credits where possible.

Sanantone has a wiki page for the BSBA already on the wiki, it's pretty good (might need a little bit of an update, but generally her stuff is great).

Yeah I know some people do have this option, Unfortunately my library did not have the type of materials I prefer to use. So this will of course be different for everyone.

You can't upload the spreadsheets directly, but we can upload them somewhere else and then link to them on the wiki, or we can build a table on the wiki.

I'm always here to help with the wiki stuff if you need it Smile

Speaking of the wiki, I still want to do a lot of work on it. Might need to make a lot of ALEKS updates soon too.
