I don't know if it's because they feel sorry for them or if it's for the money. But, if it were for the money, they would have accepted NA credits all along attracting more transfer and graduate students. ITT Tech students get help - Excelsior College Excelsior will take NA credits for up to 25% of a degree program: https://info.excelsior.edu/student-policies/transferring-credit-from-non-regionally-accredited-schools/ I cannot find anything about TESU taking ITT credits as an exception, but we have found that in general they do not accept NA credits. Charter Oak is being extraordinarily generous with their credit transfer. That's where I would start if I were trying to salvage an ITT degree.
