TESU UL Courses - videogamesrock - 09-30-2016 Can UL courses be in the electives section, or must it be in the major? TESU UL Courses - bjcheung77 - 09-30-2016 Which calendar year are you? There must be 18 credits in the AOS and 12 must be upper level. For the other calendar years, I believe it's the same thing, for free electives/general electives, it can be UL or lower. TESU UL Courses - videogamesrock - 09-30-2016 I'm referencing the most recent calendar year. Thanks for the info. TESU UL Courses - videogamesrock - 09-30-2016 On a double major can you have credits that overlap both degree majors? TESU UL Courses - jsd - 10-01-2016 If your major has AoS electives the UL credits can be used there, but not in free electives or general ed electives TESU UL Courses - sanantone - 10-01-2016 The UL requirements have to be met in the AOS, but any additional UL credits you have can be used as free electives or gen ed if they are gen ed subjects. To clarify, while UL credits can be used as gen ed and free electives, they will not count toward the UL requirements at TESU. All of TESU's degree programs only have UL requirements in the AOS. I think for a double major, there is an additional 18-24 credits required for the second major. All other courses can be used. Right, I worded it funny. As you clarified, I meant that they can't be used to satisfy the UL requirement if they're outside of the AoS, not that UL courses can't be used outside of the AoS. Thanks. TESU UL Courses - TrailRunr - 10-02-2016 For a double major (both majors have to be in the same school), you can overlap a max of 9 credits. Keep in mind that some combinations of double majors aren't allowed like any combination involving BALS. TESU UL Courses - videogamesrock - 10-02-2016 Thanks for the feedback, I'm assisting my neighbor in a double major. |
