Hello! As the title states, I'm new to this forum, and indeed to the concept of passing CLEP tests to obtain a Bachelor's Degree, so there are some things I'm curious about.

First of all, I was home-schooled so I'm used to the idea of self-study, in fact I prefer it, so I'm very interested in this method!
I'm wanting to become an English teacher in Japan, for which a Bachelor's Degree is required. I hope to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Education/English Language Learning. Has anybody used this method to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Education/English Language Learning? If so, where would I start? Where does one find study materials? I'm so excited at the idea of earning a Bachelor's Degree through self-study and would really love to hear anyone's advice on the matter! Sorry if some of this stuff may have already been answered somewhere.

Thanks!
