Kaplan University, which is part of the axis of evil of RA for-profit colleges, has been approved to offer undergraduate, competency-based programs in business administration and IT.

Confusedmilelol: That's the first thing I was going to do until I read your message. Oh wells, I think if many people ask, they may just pay for ACE again, with a subject/clause saying it's only available to degree seekers taking their new Comptency Based Programs. That would benefit potential students and also get them more enrollment...

I doubt they ever renew it. Kaplan is a RA degree granting institution, it doesn't benefit them to have their courses ACE approved since they can just choose to award credit for it for their institution. It especially doesn't make sense to seek ACE renewal if they only want to offer it to enrolled students.

In seriousness, I agree with you all that Kaplan probably will not offer the PLA or other free courses again.
