Anyone else trying to take an TECEP right now?
I couldn't get on yesterday morning and there's no update on my ticket yet. Learner support said they are working on a fix. I scheduled the last 2 weeks of the semester too tightly. Lesson learned! I have 2, possibly 3 TECEPs left before the 24. Trying not to panic.
Anyone know how long these issues usually take to be fixed?
