financial accounting fail! - SuzanneD - 07-03-2016 Boo! I failed SL Financial accounting by four points. Pissed off at myself for wasting time and now I have to take it over, What a bummer.banghead financial accounting fail! - KayV - 07-03-2016 Is there any way to see if they could let you retake any part of the course? Sorry, I know that's so frustrating. financial accounting fail! - SuzanneD - 07-03-2016 Nope, I just have to take it over. financial accounting fail! - l8989v - 07-03-2016 How did you do on the first quiz? Maybe you can redo that for a better grade, so that it will make up those 4 points... I don't know if you can redo the first quiz after you've finished, but it's worth a try to look. financial accounting fail! - RANSOMSOUL - 07-03-2016 Agree with l8989v...With a total score of 694 for the course, one would imagine you left 4 or more points on your first exam. Hopefully that is the case and if so, a retake +4 points would secure the passing score of 700 for you. If by chance this is not an option, step away from Straighterline for a couple days (enjoy the 4th), get back and just knock it out. Since you have already gone through the course, it will just be a series of exams and you will be completed in no time. financial accounting fail! - bricabrac - 07-03-2016 Keep in mind you also have penn foster intermediate accounting I to fall back on if need be. The course has four quizzes and a non-proctored final which a motivated individual can complete quickly (3-5 days). financial accounting fail! - SuzanneD - 07-04-2016 Thanks for the good advise. I will check out the first quiz idea. financial accounting fail! - ronaldemail1 - 07-04-2016 I may have the most amount of failures in regular brick and mortar courses, and some online courses. Any failure is not a big deal, what matters is what you do in order to recover from the failure. |
