I got disconnected a few times so how do I know if I received credit for the webinar? I might have to take off work if I didnt

The only way you will get credit is when the teacher tells you that you have successfully completed all 3.
She'll start the class saying "This is your third webinar, I'll be grading you tonight."
You can do more if you want, but it's useless after the third one.
The only thing you can do is email her, but she rarely does reply... you can chat with her in your final webinar.

I'm surprised! She called my name and I couldn't even respond because I was on the phone via the webinar app. Then I got disconnected a few times. but hey, if THAT performance counts as credit, then you can count me in!

I would ask Donna when you attend her next webinar just to be sure. The "Thank you for attending this webinar" e-mails are auto-generated.
