If you want it at a CC, NMJC has Physics I & II with labs. Otherwise, Straighterline is your least expensive option.

Depending on your school and what type of requirement it is fulling, Saylor had a couple of physics courses as part of the ACP. If you can use these courses at your school, they would be far cheaper than SL.
