Hello again,

I am planning to take some more course with SL. So far I have been able to get the editions they recommended. However, for the additional course I am planning to take, I am only able to find older editions. Will I still be able to use the book on the open book final, even if it is different edition?

Thanks,

Assuming it is open book I believe several forum members have successfully done that.

Yes they will allow it. It will be a little harder to search for answers, but the content is mostly the same. I've done it without issue for quite a few exams. I prefer the exact edition, but I won't pay over $20 more to have it. It's very doable with an older edition.
