My question is simple: are any of the FEMA courses upper division (most likely for COSC)? My daughter is a hs senior and exploring a faster way to earn a BA. She would likely work towards anything that would allow her to take a Master of Public Administration at our closest California State University campus. Interestingly, the CSU system charges a premium per credit on MBA credits, but not MPA credits. One degree doesn't open that many different doors than the other, so why pay double for (almost) the same degree... She is going to attend a local junior college, but can work on other credits at the same time and on school breaks.

Many of the FEMA Resident course are. The IS online courses are not.

TESC transferred two IS courses (1 cr each) as upper level on my wife's transcript. But that's a moot point now since TESC no longer accepts FEMA credits. Perhaps one of the other schools will accept them in a similar fashion, but there isn't much utility in 2 UL credits.

Does TESC not accept FEMA IS credits directly or just washed thru CCC or FCC?
I do think TESC just accepted my ACE FEMA residents courses, but I will need to log-on later to remember as what?

Which courses were considered UL?
I'll be 4 UL short at COSC and wouldn't mind only doing 1 UL DSST exam if I could get the last credit from FEMA.

It's been some time, all I have are what TESC transcribed them as; which probably won't be much help.
