Help me plan course of attack - Denouden - 10-15-2015 Good afternoon guys, recently accepted into TESC and am interested in picking up a BA in English. I cannot get my transcripts sent over to the Admissions office quite yet due to holds at my previous college. Just wanted to make sure I had enough credits to bank my associates degree, and then perhaps get your opinions on a plan of attack to fast-track/lower cost of getting my English degree. Would really appreciate any feedback, Thanks! Am looking into taking some Clep tests to speed things up, but might not be able to any time soon due to my current location. There are plenty of other ACE-approved ways to get credits: TEEX, Kaplan PLA, NFA are all free. Low cost options: Straighterline, Jumpcourse, Saylor, TECEP, etc. All of these are online, and the tests if there are any are taken at home. UExcel has testing centers in Sydney. And there are even more options if you get up into the $200-$300/course range: CSU Global, Sophia, LowCostGenEd, Propero, Torah College Credits. So don't let the lack of CLEP/DSST exams stop you!!
