What percentage do you recommend someone be at in one set of flashcards before moving to the next set? Also, what percentage should you be at overall before you know you are prepared to CLEP?

I would say personal preference and depending on the test. Would not say there is a set percentage. Most people only go through the cards a couple times. Take a practice test, see how you feel with the material. If you cut it close Go over the cards and look at your weak points. Some people say when you do the practice test, don't guess skip the question that way you know that area needs more study
