After almost a year of delay, I'm actually starting on my MBA on 9/8. My plan is to finish at least 6 courses by the December break. Then the last 6 courses should be easier as they are in my field. That means I'd have it done in two terms. We'll see. Smile I decided life is too short to fool around any longer.

I need to get this done because I want to start something else mid-year 2016. hilarious

Are they still offering the reduced tuition for the MBA program?

Check with them, but I think it goes through September. I know when I signed on the dotted line late last month it was still in effect.

Yes, I've already started. They open your classes as soon as you sign the agreement. You just can't submit assignments until midnight on your start date. I've already completed a bunch of assignments. Moving on up....

How challenging is the work?

Well, I took the plunge today. The way I see it, at $359 a month, it is a bargain for a masters degree from a regionally accredited university.
I was torn between WGU and Patten, but Patten let me start earlier than WGU. Patten is giving me a month to provide my transcripts with my BA completion, while WGU would make me wait until after graduation from TESC (which is in December). I can begin working on my per-requisites immediately, and my classes open up on October 26th.
Awesome stuff... 6 months ago I was in limbo with my degree and now I am done with my BA and on my MBA. Time will tell if I made the correct decision....

The website is showing $520 per month for graduate. Did this change recently?

Yea, when I wanted to sign up, the website information did not reflect the scholarship. I had to chat with an enrollment advisor who signed me up and helped me "activate" the scholarship.

Yes, they run "specials" on reduced tuition every so often. Talk with an enrollment advisor. I'm finding the work challenging, but not uncomfortable. They really reach out to see if you need help or anything else. I'm liking it.
