Does anyone know if something like this is still possible and if so, how to take advantage of it?

From a quick look at Excelsior's site, I couldn't find any info so I thought I'd see if anyone here knew about it.

I joined the Peace Officers Association of Georgia for 25 bucks and got a nice discount plus $500 in scholarships so it was a nice deal for me

Excelsior has a current tuition & fee schedule for partners.
Can you apply the discount to the per-credit cost of the capstone if you're using the multi-source option?

I just spoke with an advisor and it seems that in order to get the discount on tuition you have to take 12 credits at Excelsior to get the tuition discount.
