SL Business Communication - Short Assignment Sample (Letter Report) - studyhound - 05-04-2015
Hi everyone, I'm doing the Straighter Line Business Communication course and so far I have finished almost all of the quizzes and the first and third assignments. I didn't buy the book and managed to do the course based on another business communication book I owned so it's been good so far. The first and third assignments have a sample included, but the second assignment (the short report that is the letter report) doesn't include a sample and says refer to Sample Letter Report (pages 360-361) and Lesikar's Appendix B (pages 608-611).
I don't want to buy the book just for those few pages, but I also don't want to lose marks in case I don't use their formatting. Could someone provide their assignment if they have done this or images of those pages from the text, or any input really on how the format should be based on what is in the book?
Really appreciate your help in advance!

Here are the pages from my textbook. It's the older 11th Ed so the page numbers are different. Not sure if it's the same letter report from the 12th Ed but it's only to be used as a guide so you should be fine.

I have already scored over 700 points leading up to final in Business Communication. How much final weighs in total score? It is two part 120 MCQ and 80 points for the report. Or I have I already passed the class and Final is just a formality since I have scored over 700 points?

From looking at the online course info, grading criteria or syllabus, you have passed the course already as you have attained exactly 70% + going into the final. The final is 20% of your grade. So, if you get say 60% on it, your total in the course would be ~82%. Study for the final with the peace of mind, you have passed and ready to rock the next course.
