Leave Of Abscence - now how do I graduate - JBtesc - 04-03-2015

Ok so I took a leave of absence a while back.

Now I need 9 credits to fulfill the AA I was enrolled in.

I think I can CLEP all 9 of the credits, and my transcript thing says I have fulfilled residency requirements.

But I am confused as to how much, or how little, I can pay to get my last few credits and graduate.

I looked at the reenrollment form and it seems outdated, at least I hope it is.

It doesn't have a per credit tuition option.

Trying to get my brain back into school mode... so be gentle with me...

If you wanted to use the pay per criedit tuition option you will need to earn at minimum 12cr at TESC for residency. The good news you can use TECEPs. I would call the Bursar and find out what is required to come back from a leave of absence (formal notice). Let them know you would like to use the new PPC plan. Ask if the process would be same - register for the TECEP(s) and 10 days after the semester begins your student account should be updated to active status.

Since you are planning to move on to the BA Psych next, I would use TECEPs PSY270 and PSY350 as two of the four. Would also recommend COM210 (IC flashcards) and CIS107 as two fairly easy exams. Depending on when you went out on leave some of the degree requirements have changed. Hopefully, you will remain under the same catalog from when you enrolled.

Good luck to you!
