US History II quick question. - jhart88 - 02-14-2015

Hey getting read to take the test on Monday. I was wondering about the multiple choice answers. Is there typically one obvious answer or are there usually a couple in there that are relatively close and can be easily confused?

Like if they were asking about a particular president? Would like the include presidents close to him in presidency or presidents way off the mark time wise?

In my experience, I can usually eliminate 2 right away. The remaining questions may be similar, but it's a roll of the dice. Just cross your fingers that they ask you questions you know. Smile Good luck!

For most questions, you should be able to either pick out the correct answer right away, or, after a bit of thinking, carefully pick out the right answer and be sure of it.

For some questions, it'll be confusing. Here's why. There are generally 1 or 2 close answers. Then 1 or 2 that can be elimated quickly, if you're familiar with the subject. Then 1 or 2 way off. It's the deciding between 2 similar options that gets ya. Wink If it were presidents it might be 1 similar, 1 or 2 off, and 1 or 2 way off. One thing they like to do is include in the answer choices people from the same time period, or several similar people who lived in different time periods. Having a good knowledge of dates is helpful for this reason.
