I just finished up Intro Statistics @ 78%, I was so happy because it took me almost 2 months to complete. So when I logged into my ACE account to request Intro Stats be added to my transcript, I get a message that says my ACE account is locked. Of course, I can't get any kind of answer as to why until after New Year's.
I see where there was a question before about ACE not printing transcripts, but my account is actually locked. I canât even access it to request an add on.
Just wondering, has this ever happened to anyone else? :confused. I wanted to have this added so I can try to also complete Business Stats. I can't imagine why it would be locked, it's not like an account that you pay money to. Any help would be great.

I've never heard of that either. Did you maybe attempt a wrong password too many times?

Early this moring the page wouldn't load. Now, the page loads, I entered my login details and it just sat in limbo processing but never went any further until the page finally timed out and I was presented with the no connection page. The site is obviously down, probably until the office reopens on Jan 2.

I just logged into my account without trouble. I wonder if it's just acting wonky?

OP, you should be able to get on now and add the course.
