Midterm and final ahead of time in TESC. - lavagirl - 12-24-2014 I wonder if somebody tried to pass their midterm and final sooner than week 7 and 12 at TESC using proctorU? I asked my mentor if I can knock down assignments and tests sooner in a guided study course and he wrote, " No problem! You can always submit the assignment early. You do not have to follow the 12 week schedule..." He didn't mention anything about tests particulary. So, I do not know if I should go ahead and schedule the midterm on ProctorU, or should I write back to my advisor and ask if it is OK to take the midterm now? Midterm and final ahead of time in TESC. - UptonSinclair - 12-24-2014 Explain what you just wrote to your mentor when you ask. There is nothing wrong with asking for clarification. Midterm and final ahead of time in TESC. - bricabrac - 12-24-2014 :iagree: I agree with UptonSinclair. Try to remember this is a college whose primary students are working adults and the military. I have found TESC to be extremely flexible with special requests, including coursework/testing scheduling and deadlines. There are even semester extensions available when needed. As UptonSinclair mentions, you have to request approval from your mentor, and depending on the ProctorU procedure you may need to contact the testing administrator as well. Your mentor will provide the necessary guidelines. Good luck and Happy Holidays! |
