Do I need to wait until I enroll to take TECEPs to count toward the residency or do they count even if I take them as non-enrolled student?

I was thinking specifically about the College Algebra TECEP... it would work better if I could take that while it is fresh in my mind rather than waiting until I'm ready to enroll.

If you applied to the school, when you take the TECEP, you're automatically enrolled. There is really no need to wait since you don't have to worry about an annual enrollment fee. You only need to take a TECEP or course every rolling 12 months to stay enrolled.

I did email TESC about this question before, but was told to contact the Learner Support Center for clarification (lsc@tesc.edu). If you get a clear reply, please update us. Smile
