Does Charter Oak require the cornerstone course for a second bachelor's degree? I've searched high and low and can't seem to find the answer anywhere on their website.

Yes. You have to submit your degree plan during the cornerstone.

That surprises me. The degree plan is such a small part of the cornerstone. You would think that's just something the academic adviser could oversee and approve (the second time). The course was mostly to make sure you knew how to conduct scholarly research and turn it into a research paper. We spent very little time discussing our plans because I just turned in what my academic adviser and I had already complete. I wonder if you still get 3 more credits for the exact same class.
