Straighterline Calculus question. - lavagirl - 07-12-2014 Hello to all, Maybe somebody can give me some information about Straighterline Calculus . Are calculus I and calculus II final exams multiple choice questions? First I was inclined to take Saylor NCCRS calculus proctored test for Calculus I, but contacted them and they told me that, "Unfortunately, for the time being, there is not an equation list you could use. We are working on creating a list, so you would be able to use what we supply. You cannot bring in your own, as it becomes hard for a proctor to monitor. I believe that you will be able to use a calculator, or perhaps there will be one provided on the screen for you. " Straighterline policy, on the other hand, states, "Students have open access to all links in Moodle course. 1 sheet of 8 1/2 by 11 paper (front and back) of self-prepared notes, scratch paper allowed, one 5 minute break is allowed, graphing calculator permitted ". Seems like Straighterline is a better choice. All I would like to know is if their finals are multiple choice like in Saylor. Have a nice weekend everybody! |
