I remember being told to contact the Bursar IF I had problem with my enrollment plan or so... Any changes to your academic record, including degree programs, enrollment plans need to be formally submitted in writing to the Office of the Registrar. If you have billing issues/requests - tuition anniversary dates, course registration/extension billing the Bursar is the place to go. They can advise students, make ledger adjusments, move due dates, etc. But again it's just handling the accounting, dealing with the numbers and dates. I hope this explanation was satisfactory?
