In need of some help here. TESC hasn't indicated that it's received my transcript from Saylor which I have confirmed was mailed by Saylor on March 12th.
When I look at transcripts received I see a vague: 0004855 TESC-Assessment Credit on 03/18/14 which is the only one I can point to that might be saylor, or might not be. I'm pretty sure its not my ALEK's course. (Which should be the ACE one I see listed?)
TESC finished my evaluation on April 13th, which I would think would be enough time for them to receive and include my credits from Saylor, would you agree? If the "TESC-Assessment" was the Saylor Principles of Marketing course, why didn't it end up in my evaluation?
So, who should I contact at TESC via email preferably or phone to get this resolved?

My Straighterline transcript showes up on my transcripts received the same way. You can try to send a trouble ticket through the help desk to ask why it was not added when your eval was done.

Send a trouble ticket and hopefully that will solve your problem. TESC is very, very slow in doing most anything. The trouble ticket should light the fire.

When I sent my Saylor transcript to TESC, it showed up as TESC-Assessment Credit, so that should be your Saylor transcript. My transcript was received 11/15 and I got an email on 12/13 saying my evaluation had been updated. So you could email them just to check especially if you're in a hurry.
