LOL. They're missing Fort Hays State University. Maybe it's because their virtual tuition rate is different from their campus tuition rate for non-residents, but I thought the same was true for Chadron State University which is on the list. I caught a couple of errors. I've determined that the costs they came up with are based in 24 credits per year, which puts TESC at a disadvantage since it's structured as a year-round school where you can complete 30-36 credits for the same price. They also mixed up TESC's out-of-state tuition with its in-state tuition. They didn't include the $480 in semester fees one would pay for two semesters at COSC, but that would still put COSC on the cheap end for 24 credits. How did University of Houston - Clear Lake make the list with tuition at $18k? University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is $23k! Maybe they couldn't find any other schools to take their place. I thought there is no way Midwestern State University could be that cheap, but then they listed the required fees below. Those should have been included. One fee is $54.25 per credit hour.
