I have a work associate who is just now completing his Associates Degree with Excelsior and is looking to move onto a Bachelor Degree program at another RA school....however....he is not the "test type" and prefers taking "classes" per se.
Question: Can anyone recommend an RA school that: 1. Has a BS program with online "classes" and 2. is as AFFORDABLE (Least Expensive the Better) as they come?

I'll throw out there American Public/Military University 250/credit hour but cost includes your textbooks for the courses. They also accept quite a lot of untraditional credit so if your associate wants to take any courses that are ACE accredited he has a good chance of them transferring in.

TESC is really cheap if he takes the TECEPs to meet the residency requirements and enrolls under the per credit plan.
Below is a BSBA in General Management degree plan that uses TECEP, StraighterLine, ALEKS, Saylor, FEMA, and one Penn Foster course. This means the entire degree can be done online as soon as TESC moves their TECEPs online, which is supposed to happen sometime this month.

Most are closed book. Some exceptions are the two english comp teceps which allow you to bring a dictionary and a college writing book. Also I believe the tech writing allows it also. I took the Operations Management TECEP, is was multiple choice, no books, no notes, but a non programmable calculator was allowed.
