Of the programs I know that do this, they are all butt-in-seat. Are you thinking of distance learning options?

yes, i am looking at distance/online (even if overseas) because of family/work balance.

I know it's not related to business. I think you'll have a hard time finding a program like this in an applied field unless it's in education. University of Florida's online Ed.D programs with various specializations look like they might only require a bachelor's degree, but the website is not working right now.
