Nearly 100% Test Out Plan for BSBA at TESC - sanantone - 12-24-2013 Since this has become popular, especially at DegreeInfo oddly enough, I decided to notify potentially interested members and lurkers of some of the changes I've made. I clarified which tests count as management, accounting, finance, and marketing since you're supposed to have at least 3 different subjects in the area of study/specialization. I also added that 12 UL credits are required in the area of study. The new UL requirements apply to all BSBA programs. When I have the time, even though these specializations include 1 or 2 courses that don't have any alternative options (CBE, Straighterline, Penn Foster, etc.), I just might make BSBA test out plans for marketing, accounting, human resources management, and computer information systems. http://degreeforum.wikia.com/wiki/Sanantone's_BSBA_General_Management Nearly 100% Test Out Plan for BSBA at TESC - jobee - 01-10-2014 This looks great, thank you! Small correction is that Straighterline does not offer an Introduction to Marketing class. Any way to include Saylor.org options into the plan? Saylor.org has the following classes listed: BUS203 Principles of Marketing is recommended for credit in the business department. Specifically, this course can substitute for MAR-301. BUS204 Business Statistics is recommended for credit in the business department. Specifically, this course can substitute for OPM-351. BUS205 Business Law and Ethics is recommended for credit in the business department. Specifically, this course can substitute for LAW-201 in The School of Business and Technology. BUS208 Principles of Management is recommended for credit in the business department. Specifically, this course can substitute for MAN-301. BUS210 Corporate Communication is recommended for credit in the lower division baccalaureate degree category in business. It carries the equivalency of COM-373 Managerial Communications, but could also fill in for MAN-373 and HRM-373. CS101 Introduction to Computer Science I would be the equivalent to COS-101 Introduction to Computers/CIS. MA001 Beginning Algebra would be the equivalent to MAT-121 College Algebra. MA005 Calculus I would be equivalent to MAT-231 Calculus I. POLSC201 Intro to Western Political Thought would be the equivalent to POS-299, a generic lower division political science course. It can also satisfy the Political Theory requirement. Nearly 100% Test Out Plan for BSBA at TESC - sanantone - 01-10-2014 jobee Wrote:This looks great, thank you!
