You didn't pay to access the forums (here) these are free. If you paid for something, you bought a month-to-month subscription to the flashcard study materials. They are two different things.

I see, yes I can access to the flashcard.
Then, what does it mean by studying in IC Materials? Is it just flashcards/forums
or are there any other materials to study in IC?

There are flashcards to study from, and there is the Specific Exam Feedback section of targeted study tips.
