Hello all,
I am new to this site and I plan on taking the Analyzing and Interpreting Literature CLEP test soon. I am having a hard time locating the flash cards for this subject. Is this subject available on Instacert? I appreciate any help or assistance.

Of all of the CLEPs, this is the one I hated most. It's not hard, in fact it's really not too tough at all. But it is the very definition of tedium. There's not much you can do to study; you either know what proper English looks like or you don't. A basic primer on sentence structure and a study of the basic styles of writing is all you really can study. The test is infuriating, but very much passable. Just keep calm and work through it.

Well, I over-studied for this one. I don't like analyzing literature, so I wasn't confident on how I'd do.
I used a Sparknotes guide on Literary Terms. (Google 'sparknotes literary terms', and you should be able to read it online.) The test in the CLEP Official Study Guide is the best resource to see if you are ready. This will probably be enough for you.
I also took the Peterson's tests and read some of the book, 5 Steps to a 5, 500 AP English Literature Questions by Miller. This was probably overkill.
I hope you do well. I was relieved to have that one done although it is one of the easier tests.
