I didn't have these issues at first when I completed the first two modules a couple of months ago. Today, I'm trying to finish the course, and the post-tests aren't popping up right away. I had to keep reloading the page, opening and closing the lesson, and logging in and out until the post-test finally appeared for Modules 3 and 4. Currently, the post-test for Module 5 hasn't opened up at all. I've been trying for about an hour. The system won't check off that I read the lesson to allow me to take the post-test.

I solved the problem by switching to Chrome, although earlier, I couldn't get the post-test to pop up there either. I think the main issue was that I was in privacy browsing mode on Firefox.

I ran into another issue. It looks like TEEX is taking down the ability to easily register for the DHS/FEMA-funded courses online. I sent an email and will call during the week if I have to. There are now only a couple of courses left that let you register online. I don't know if this is temporary, they are running short on funding, or if they're having technical issues. Last night, you could still register for about half of the courses online. This morning, only two of the courses have this option.

Not sure if your issues have been resolved by now...
I signed up for AWR-168 on Monday and did not receive the confirmation e-mail. The course didn't show up when logging on to "my" elearning homepage with TEEX either and I couldn't sign in to the course.
When I e-mailed them about the problem yesterday I had a reply within minutes, they apologized and said that they had just moved the course to the new system and that some sign-up activities had gone to 'the wrong server'. A few minutes after that I received the usual confirmation e-mail and the course is now on my course list along with the 5 others I'm registered for (3 done, 3 to go).

I got an email response yesterday after I found out the registration was back up. They said they were having technical issues last weekend related to switching to the new system. I just hope they still have a record of the course I took right before the switch.
