I just discovered this source of CBE prep material: Technical Writing DANTES Study Guide - Finish College Fast and since InstaCert does not have flashcards for the Tech Writing DSST, I'm thinking of giving this product a try. Has anyone got any experience with this publisher's guides in any subject?

No, but you don't need a study guide for technical writing. Just google "technical writing terms" and you're good.

I agree with Cookderosa on this one, you don't need a tailored study guide for technical writing. I picked up a copy of "technical writing for dummies" from the library, flipped through it and passed the test

I wouldn't pay $36 for a TW study guide. These 2, and Google to supplement, are good enough for a pass.
